• Pro Features: Premium subscription services with enhanced functionality

We integrate with third-party services, including TCGPlayer, to provide accurate pricing and market data. Our Service is designed for informational and organizational purposes.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A secure password
• Accurate registration information

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Marketing Communications

Acceptable Use

• Share collections and trade lists for legitimate trading purposes
• Access premium features through Pro subscriptions

Prohibited Uses

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Engage in any activity that could harm other users or the Service
• Misrepresent card conditions, values, or authenticity in trades
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data through automated means
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person, entity, or shop
• Spam or send unsolicited communications to other users
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service to compete with us or develop similar products
• Conduct any transactions outside the platform that were initiated through our Service

You acknowledge that you are responsible for all consequences of your actions on the platform, including any trades, communications, or business activities you conduct.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by tcgsearch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Content

Pokemon card images, names, and related intellectual property are owned by The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, and other respective copyright holders. We use this content for informational purposes under fair use principles.

User Content

You retain ownership of your trade lists and user-generated content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use, display, and process your content to provide the Service.

Pricing and Market Data

Data Sources

We source pricing data from various platforms, including TCGPlayer. This data is provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect current market conditions.

Affiliate Disclosure

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of pricing data
• That cards are available at listed prices
• The success of any trading activities
• Continuous availability of data sources

Trading Disclaimer

tcgsearch facilitates information sharing but does not participate in actual trading transactions. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence in any trading activities.

Shop Services

Shop Account Requirements

Our shop services provide professional tools for card businesses. Shop operators must:

• Provide accurate business information and verification
• Maintain current and active business operations
• Comply with all applicable business regulations and tax obligations
• Use the Service in accordance with industry best practices
• Maintain appropriate business licenses and permits
• Honor all pricing and availability commitments made through the platform

Shop Marketing and Communications

By signing up for a Shop account, you explicitly consent to receive targeted marketing communications related to:

• Business tools and features specifically designed for shops
• Industry trends, market insights, and business opportunities
• Platform updates that may affect your shop operations
• Training materials and best practices for shop success
• Partnership opportunities and business development initiatives

Shop Responsibilities

Shop operators are fully responsible for:

• All business operations conducted through the platform
• Customer service and dispute resolution with buyers
• Accurate representation of inventory, pricing, and card conditions
• Processing payments and managing subscription billing through Stripe
• Compliance with consumer protection laws and business regulations
• Managing team members and their access to shop features

Subscription and Billing

Shop subscriptions are processed through Stripe and include access to premium features for all shop team members. Shop owners are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions and managing billing information.

Additional terms may apply to shop accounts and will be communicated separately. Shop services are subject to our approval and ongoing compliance review.

Payments and Subscriptions

Payment Processing

All payments for Pro subscriptions and Shop services are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions provide access to premium features including unlimited binders, priority support, and enhanced functionality. Subscription fees are billed automatically and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Shop Subscriptions

Shop subscriptions include Pro features for all team members. Shop owners are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions and managing team access.

Billing and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers.

Referral Program and Promotional Credits

Referral Program

tcgsearch offers a referral program that allows users and shops to earn promotional credits by referring new customers. Participation in the referral program is subject to these Terms and any additional program rules we may establish.

Promotional Credits

Credits earned through referrals or other promotions are subject to the following terms:

• No Cash Value: Promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for cash or cash equivalents under any circumstances
• Non-Transferable: Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder who earned them
• Platform Use Only: Credits may only be applied toward tcgsearch subscription payments and services
• No Property Rights: Credits do not constitute property and confer no vested rights
• Application: Credits are automatically applied to future subscription invoices and cannot be selectively applied or saved

Credit Forfeiture

Promotional credits may be forfeited or voided if:

• Your account is terminated for violation of these Terms
• The credits were earned through fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity
• The referral program is discontinued (with reasonable notice to users)

Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Changes to earned credits will not be applied retroactively to credits already in your account, except in cases of fraud or abuse.

Promotions and Giveaways

General Terms

tcgsearch periodically offers giveaways of trading card game products and related items to our users. These giveaways are discretionary promotional activities and participation is subject to these Terms.

Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated for a specific giveaway:

• Giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States only
• Must have a valid tcgsearch account in good standing
• Must be 13 years of age or older (or 18+ where required by local law)
• Employees of tcgsearch and their immediate family members are not eligible

Entry

Entry methods vary by giveaway and may include creating a free tcgsearch account, following our social media accounts, or completing other free actions. Limit one entry per person per giveaway unless otherwise specified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.

Prize Terms

• Prizes consist of trading card game products and are awarded "as is"
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted unless at our sole discretion
• tcgsearch is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable prizes
• Winners must provide a valid US shipping address; we are not obligated to ship to addresses we cannot verify
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners are selected by random drawing from eligible entries unless otherwise specified. Winners will be notified via email or platform notification and may be required to respond within a specified timeframe. Failure to respond may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Tax Responsibility

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received. For prizes exceeding $600 in value, you may be required to provide tax identification information for IRS reporting purposes.

Liability Release

By participating in any giveaway, you release tcgsearch from any liability arising from your participation or receipt of prizes, including but not limited to shipping delays, product defects, or personal injury.

Our Rights

tcgsearch reserves the right to:

• Determine winner selection methods for each giveaway
• Modify, suspend, or cancel any giveaway at any time
• Disqualify participants who violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity
• Establish additional rules or restrictions for specific giveaways
• Giveaways promoted on third-party platforms (Discord, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by those platforms; participants release those platforms from all liability

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

IN NO EVENT SHALL tcgsearch BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless tcgsearch and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service

Termination

No Parental Consent for Under-13 Users
